Happy Birthday Espresso Martini:
1.5 oz Espresso, room temperature (or even better - chilled)
1.5 oz Good Quality Vodka
.75 oz Irish Cream
.75 oz Coffee Liqueur
Dash Chocolate Bitters
Chill a martini glass with ice and water.
Pour the first 5 ingredients in a mixing tin or glass with ice. Stir well.
Empty martini glass. Strain into chilled glass.
Top with whipped cream, sprinkles and candle.
Sing "Happy Birthday"!
