Cocktail of the Week:
Sidecar

• 1 1/2 oz  Cognac
  
• 3/4 oz  Orange Liqueur
  
• 3/4 oz  Fresh Lemon Juice
  

Shake all ingredients with ice.  Strain into a chilled coupe glass, rimmed with sugar if desired.
