Meet Brian Weber - Creator/Producer of 'Bartender Journey', Professional Bartender, and Professional Audio Engineer
Brian's hospitality career began at 14 as a dishwasher making $15 a night. Over the years, he worked as a line cook, server, bartender, manager and eventually Head Chef of a Manhattan restaurant by 23. After a brief respite in Hawaii, Brian pursued his second passion: audio production, landing in a NYC recording studio. The 2008 financial crisis shut down the studio and undeterred, Brian once again pivoted, launching Full Throttle Productions and returned to Professional Bartending at a Private Club.
In 2013, Brian merged his passions for Bartending and Audio Production and the Bartender Journey Podcast was born!
The podcast led to a rabbit hole of exploring conferences, attending trainings, distillery tours and certifications.Additionally, Brian offers Cocktail Consultancy services and works on freelance Audio Production projects.
