Guest Contributor Agreement
This Guest Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between BartenderJourney.net (“Bartender Journey”) and Guest Contributor (“You”), for providing content written by You for publication on internet website, BartenderJourney.net (“Site”).
Your Rights and Responsibilities:
1. You agree to act as an independent contractor.
2. You agree to submit an original article “Content” for the Site.
3. You will retain all rights to the Content, including copyright. You provide to the Site and grant Bartender Journey the non-exclusive, worldwide right to publish Your Content and distribute all or portions of the Content in any language, worldwide.
4. You grant Bartender Journey the right to use Your name, information about You, and Your logo, if applicable in connection with Your Content.
5. You agree to cooperate in the defense of any legal action brought against Bartender Journey from the publication of the Content. You agree to reveal to Bartender Journey any actual or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, firm, or commercial venture relating to the subject of the Content.
6. Bartender Journey may illustrate the Content. You grant Bartender Journey the right to edit the Content for publication.
Your Representations and Warranties:
1. You represent and warrant that all Content You provide is original and created by You.
2. You represent and warrant that all Content You provide is the sole property of you and does not violate the copyright, patent, trademark, right of privacy or publicity, of any person or entity.
3. You represent and warrant that Your Content does not knowingly contain untrue statements and that all statements in the Content that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy.
Bartender Journey reserves the right to refuse, at its discretion, to upload Your Content on our Site.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
By submitting Content to Bartender Journey, You indicate acceptance of these terms.
